Below you will find the details for shipment and delivery policy
Cost of shipment within UAE:
Inside UAE all shipment cost = 30 AED
We Deliver to all UAE main cities except Al-Qua, Al Waqan and Western region.
Cost of shipment international:
For international shipment it will be calculated at check out
Duration:
Orders are placed immediately and delivered to shipment company on working days only Monday-Friday. Delivery may be affected by local holidays and campaigns inside UAE.
Order within UAE will be delivered within 2 working days.
Orders internationally calculated at checkout.
Please note for all international orders outside UAE may be subjected to local VAT, customs duty fees or fees associated with import as defined by each country. These fees are not calculated upon check out from website therefore Rabdan Equestrian is not responsible for any of extra fees and it must be paid by recipient/buyer .
Rabdan equestrian is not responsible for any backage after shipping to delivering company. Therefore we are not responsible for any refund in case package was lost damaged or returned to us. But don’t worry we use known delivery company that will avoid all these problems.
