CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours and as soon as possible, as we aim to pick and ship all orders within 12-24 hours of receiving them. A full refund can be provided if items were not dispatch yet based on the product(s) cancelled and shipping charges may be charged based on any items added due to changes plus deduct 3% of transaction fees for refund.

EXCHANGE

When placing order with us we highly encourage to place them correctly by checking product detail and size chart. If you have any doubt or difficulty in choosing the best product you can always contact us on [email protected]

We do Exchange and Refund under strict policy shown as below.

Items are illegible for return and refund under below conditions only:

• The product is within 10 days from day of receiving it (keep the original and delivery receipt as evidence otherwise not accepted).
• The product is in its original condition with packaging intact+ receipt.
• The product is unworn, unwashed or altered with tags still attached.
• There are no visible signs of dirt, hair, patches, makeup, sweat, …etc.
• Shipping costs will be on customer and are non-refundable unless product have faulty or was incorrect item.
• Incase there was factory fault we will ask you to send us pictures on our email. Please note that we do quality check on each product, any general wear and tear will not be deemed as fault.
• We recommend sending returns by any reliable carrier of your choice as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit.

• After receiving the return item at our warehouse we will check the above points and once approved we will refund the purchase price (deduct shipment price + 3% for bank transaction + vat ) or send a new item for exchange policy (shipment fees on customer).

REFUND

All refunds can be done under strict policy shown above with deduction of transaction fee which is 3% and delivery fees plus any custom fees. We reserve the right to object to a refund where products have been found to be damaged, faulty, with missing tags or incomplete upon delivery. We reserve all rights for minor differences in product colors and details between images and the actual products. Such details will not justify a refund claim.
